- MAXIMISE RESULTS - Step 1 – Mix The activator into the Remover bottle and apply liberally ensuring even coverage. Cover with hair cap and leave on for 30 minutes. If you have very thick, or longer than shoulder length hair it is advised to use 2 boxes. Step 2 – Lather half of the buffer in your hair and leave for 5 minutes. Then rinse for 5-10 minutes. This is an important step – this is where you will be rinsing the hair dye particles out of your hair. Re-wash with the remaining amount of buffer and rinse for a further 5-10 minutes. Step 3 – You now have your blank canvas! Ready to transform your hair into your next dream colour, or leave your blank canvas to show off your natural colour!
